About the Role

As a Software Developer 1 in Oracle’s SDaaS (Software-Defined as a Service) Services team, you will work in a modern DevOps-driven environment, supporting and enhancing cloud-based platforms and CI/CD workflows. The team currently leverages technologies such as Linux, GitLab, Python, Terraform, Ansible, Podman, Kubernetes, Jenkins CI, and various governance and scanning tools.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior engineers to support application deployments, workflow automation, service upgrades, and platform migrations. You will also contribute to scaling and improving SDaaS services while gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade DevOps and cloud infrastructure practices.

As a Software Developer 1 at Oracle, you will:

• Build and enhance automation, integration, and continuously delivered software.
• Implement modern configuration management practices using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
