Atomberg is looking for a skilled Production Officer with hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, safety practices, and productivity improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

✔ Safety and Quality Adherence

Ensure safe work practices and address unsafe acts/conditions

Achieve quality targets with “first-time-right” standards

Maintain compliance with production quality metrics

✔ Operational Efficiency

Reduce downtime and sustain/improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

Lead productivity improvement projects

Enhance UPO / UPPH metrics

✔ Inventory & Compliance Management

Maintain target line inventory levels

Conduct weekly perpetual inventory checks

Manage timely posting of scrap and quality rejections

✔ Problem-Solving & Organizational Practices
